We offer free USPS, UPS, & DHL Ground Shipping on all orders over $60 (limited to the continental US).  To figure the shipping charge for orders, please use the following chart:

Most in-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours.  All orders will be shipped via DHL, UPS or USPS depending on size and destination. Remember, daltonvacuum.com makes the decision in which carrier your order will ship, including air shipments.  Delivery time is generally 3-10 days, excluding weekends & Holidays.  Actual delivery time depends on availability, shipping method, and shipping location. Business addresses are always quicker to receive. We do offer express shipping, but in order to provide an accurate quote please call or email us. We do not ship internationally. Dalton Vacuum reserves the right to change carriers without notification. Next Day & 2nd Day Air rates are only valid on packages that weigh less than 5 lbs. Please email/call for rates over 5 lbs.

     Returns for refund 

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with any product, you may return it within 10 days, for refund less a 15% restocking fee and shipping both ways.
  • All returns must be in the original container with all packaging and materials
  • No refunds on open packages 
  • Please email or call us to obtain an return authorization code
  • Please be sure to write your RA# code on all correspondence
  • We will not assume any responsibility for any product for any item returned without an approved RA Code
  • All returned items are subject to in store credit only
  • No returns on chemicals

      Damages or Defective Material

  • If your product is damaged during transit or defective upon arrival, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
  • Please use reason in determining whether or not the item is truly defective verses being in need of routine maintenance. We will not replace items that are defective for reasons of misuse, abuse, or maintenance tasks, such as unclogging. A vacuum cleaner is not considered defective if it has been disabled by clogging.
